Milaap Hatchery is Offering Various Poultry Contract Farming Models Including Free Range Poultry Farming and Organic Poultry Farming Under Contract Poultry Rearing Scheme, Which are very unique and the first of its kind in India.
Poultry farming in India has changed dramatically over the past two decades. With independent poultry farming concepts, the sector has moved into a well organized network of integrated farming also known as contract farming. Pioneered by the Milaap Hatchery way back in 2017, the Indian poultry farmers today find great relief and satisfaction in this model.
The integrated / contract farming model is gaining significant amount of popularity and acceptance among poultry farmers. This model protects and retains the interests of both the farmer and the integrator. The popularity of this model is influenced by the fact that the integrator takes most of the risks as opposed to an independent farmer. The integrator takes full responsibility of providing day old chicks, feed, medicines and supervision to the farmers. In addition, the integrator brings Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and technical know-how which leads to higher productivity. Absence of these benefits resulted in heavy investments, multiple sources of interaction, and overall poor yield to the independent farmer. Last but not the least, farmers are assured of considerable earnings in the integrated / contract farming model.

Requirements to be Eligible :-
- You should have your own Poultry Farm (Fenced Farm Land) minimum 5000 Sq Ft. and Own Poultry Shed minimum 500 Sq. Ft. (Rented or Leased Poultry Farm or Land is not allowed).
- You should have all facilities to rear our poultry chicks & Birds e.g. 10 feet height Fenced Poultry Farm, Poultry Shed, Poultry feed Storage Room, Fresh Ground Water with submersible pump and tank, 24×7 Electricity with Generator, Coolers, Poultry Curtains, Equipment, Poultry Feeders, Poultry Drinkers, Rice Husk, Manpower, Weighing Scale Etc.
- Security Deposit Rs. 20 Per Sq Ft of Poultry Farm (Fenced Farm Land). (Refundable)
- Franchise Fee / Entry Fee / Upfront Fee Rs. 0 (zero).
What You Get from us :-
- You will get Poultry Chicks, Poultry Feeds, Poultry Medicines from us along with Doctor and Supervisor Support.
- Training & Technical Support will be provided.
What Amount You will be Paid :-
- You will be Paid Rs. 20 to Rs.30 Per Bird to Care for Our Poultry Chicks and Birds. (First 5 Years Rs. 20 Per Batch, Second 5 Years Rs. 25 Per Bird and Third 5 Years Rs. 30 Per Bird).
- You can get Additional Performance Bonus.
Batch Size :-
- Batch is Divided 166 Birds to 5000 Birds Per Batch Depends on farm size.
Batch Cycle :-
- Batch Cycle will be 45 Days to 90 Days.
Number of Batches :-
- Maximum Number of Batches will be 180 Batches, Actual Number of batches will be Decided by our company after Farm Inspections.
Contract Period :-
- Contract Period will be 15 Years which can be renewed at the time of completion of contract.
Farm Inspections, Certifications and Approvals :-
- Farm Inspections, Certifications from different govt and non govt agencies, Registrations, Approval services etc. are Chargeable. See Fees & Charges
Annual Fees and Charges :-
- Annual Fees and Charges are Applicable for Certificate Renewals, Audit, Membership Etc. See Annual Fees & Charges

Any Individual Person / Farmer Having own Land at Rural Area away from residential areas with water & electricity facility, Good Road Connectivity, who have ready shed & developed plain poultry farm land for free range and organic poultry farming or can build poultry shed & develope poultry farm land according to company’s guildlines, Who are capable to pay Required Security Deposit Amount, Who can give full time on poultry farm & commit to maintaining quality, who can follow Bisecurity and company’s instructions properly, can Apply for our poultry contract farming under our contract rearing scheme.

How To Apply (आवेदन कैसे करें)
(1) Download and print application form on A4 size plain paper. (A4 आकार के सादे कागज पर आवेदन पत्र डाउनलोड करें और प्रिंट करें)
(2) Application form should be duly filled by the applicant only with a photograph, signature and thumb impression. (आवेदन पत्र आवेदक द्वारा विधिवत भरा जाना चाहिए तथा उस पर फोटो, हस्ताक्षर और अंगूठे का निशान होना चाहिए।)
(3) Scan application form and send via E-mail with required scanned documents. (Original application is required to send via courier if application approves on 1st stage of inspection. (आवेदन पत्र को स्कैन करें और आवश्यक स्कैन किए गए दस्तावेजों के साथ ई-मेल के माध्यम से भेजें। (यदि निरीक्षण के पहले चरण में आवेदन स्वीकृत हो जाता है तो मूल आवेदन कोरियर के माध्यम से भेजना आवश्यक है।)
(4) Required Documents of applicant and land owner (Scanned Copies) :- i. Aadhar Card, ii. PAN Card, iii. Voter ID Card, iv. Land Passbook / Bhupatrak / Hakkpatrak , v. Last 1 year bank statement duly attested by Authorized person of the Bank, vi. 5-6 images of the shed from different directions, vii. 7-8 images of the proposed farm / Land from different directions. (आवेदक और भूमि मालिक के आवश्यक दस्तावेज (स्कैन की गई प्रतियां) :- i. आधार कार्ड, ii. पैन कार्ड, iii. मतदाता पहचान पत्र, iv. भूमि पासबुक / भूपत्रक / हक्कपत्रक, v. बैंक के अधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित पिछले 1 वर्ष का बैंक विवरण, vi. विभिन्न दिशाओं से शेड के 5-6 चित्र, vii. विभिन्न दिशाओं से प्रस्तावित खेत / भूमि के 7-8 चित्र)
(5) Pay application fees online and attach screenshot / UTR number / Reference number of the payment. (आवेदन शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करें और भुगतान का स्क्रीनशॉट/यूटीआर नंबर/संदर्भ संख्या संलग्न करें)
Selection & Approval Process (चयन एवं अनुमोदन प्रक्रिया)
(1) Reviewing submitted Application Form and Documents. (जमा किए गए आवेदन पत्र और दस्तावेजों की समीक्षा करना)
(2) Initial Inspection (1st Stage of Inspection) remotely for our various internal selection criteria on the basis of submitted Information on Application Form and documents. [आवेदन पत्र और दस्तावेजों पर प्रस्तुत जानकारी के आधार पर हमारे विभिन्न आंतरिक चयन मानदंडों के लिए प्रारंभिक निरीक्षण (निरीक्षण का पहला चरण)]
(3) Initial Approval From the Director / Contract Farming Head / GM / Manager. (डायरेक्टर / कॉन्ट्रैक्ट फार्मिंग प्रमुख / महाप्रबंधक / प्रबंधक से प्रारंभिक स्वीकृति)
(4) Collection of Application Form, Self Attested Xerox copies of Documents via Courier and other fees & charges via Bank Deposit / NEFT / RTGS/ UPI Etc. for 2nd stage of Inspection after Approval on Initial Inspection. (प्रारंभिक निरीक्षण पर अनुमोदन के बाद निरीक्षण के दूसरे चरण के लिए कूरियर के माध्यम से दस्तावेजों की स्वप्रमाणित जेरोक्स प्रति, आवेदन पत्र और अन्य शुल्क बैंक डिपाजिट / एनईएफटी / आरटीजीएस / यूपीआई आदि के माध्यम से प्राप्त करना)
(5) 2nd Stage of Inspection which is Farmer’s Interview, Site Selection, Site Verification and Report writing etc. by our team. (निरीक्षण का दूसरा चरण हमारी टीम द्वारा किसान का साक्षात्कार, साइट चयन, साइट सत्यापन और रिपोर्ट लेखन आदि है)
(6) 3rd Stage of Inspection is Document Verification by our team and a reputed Law Firm Jointly. (निरीक्षण का तीसरा चरण हमारी टीम और एक प्रतिष्ठित लॉ फर्म द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन है।)
(7) 4th stage of Inspection is Farm Design and Development Planning in case of non availability of constructed Ready Developed Poultry Farm Facility. Corrections & Instructions if required on available ready Developed Poultry Farm Facility. (निर्मित तैयार विकसित कुक्कुट फार्म सुविधा की अनुपलब्धता के मामले में निरीक्षण का चौथा चरण फार्म डिजाइन और विकास योजना है । उपलब्ध तैयार विकसित पोल्ट्री फार्म सुविधा पर यदि आवश्यक हो तो सुधार और निर्देश)
(8) 5th stage of Inspection is Final Inspection of Ready Developed Poultry Farm Facility. (निरीक्षण का 5वां चरण तैयार विकसित कुक्कुट फार्म का अंतिम निरीक्षण है)
(9) Final Approval From the Director / Contract Farming Head / GM / Manager. (डायरेक्टर / कॉन्ट्रैक्ट फार्मिंग प्रमुख / महाप्रबंधक / प्रबंधकसे अंतिम स्वीकृति)
(10) Collection of security deposit and documents. (सुरक्षा जमा राशि एवं दस्तावेज एकत्रित करना)
(11) Signing the Contract. (अनुबंध पर हस्ताक्षर करना)
(12) Work starts within 3 months of signing a contract which includes Documentation, Approvals from various govt. departments, Certifications from Various certification agencies etc. (अनुबंध पर हस्ताक्षर करने के 3 महीने के भीतर काम शुरू हो जाता है जिसमें सरकार के विभिन्न विभाग से अनुमोदन, विभिन्न प्रमाणन एजेंसियों से प्रमाण पत्र आदि शामिल हैं)
